Responsible for making collection calls on large portfolio of designated accounts aged over 30 days. Sign waivers and vouchers in order to effect payment. Account reconciliation; Operates in a customer-focused shared-services environment with constant correspondence with division managers, sales consultants and external customers.

Account reconciliations and cash applications
Supervisory or Management Responsibility – Not responsible for supervising (hiring, firing, performance reviews or corrective action) others.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Minimum Degree: High School Diploma or GED (Minimum)
Course of study: NA
Special Certification or Licensing: NA
Special Requirements: Overtime and weekends as required
Minimum experience: > 5+ years of collections and account reconciliation
Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc) preferred but will train the right candidate
Legal Age Requirements: At least 18 years of age

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have standard, advanced, or expert skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or other applications. (Oracle experience a plus)
